All About Sending Jobs to Candidates in Vincere

Sharing job opportunities with candidates in Vincere is seamless, allowing you to send a fully branded live list of jobs, complete with relevant job descriptions, straight to their inboxes.

This highly requested feature is designed to save recruiters time by enabling them to send out relevant job listings to candidates quickly and efficiently. It provides a personal touch, ensuring you place the right candidates in the right roles.

  • Provide candidates with a centralized dashboard to view all relevant jobs.

⭕ How to send Jobs to Candidates?

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Select Jobs:

  • Navigate to the Jobs table view.

  • Select up to 10 jobs you would like to send out to your candidates.

  • Click on Actions and choose Send Job List to Candidates.

2. Select Candidates:

  • Choose up to 100 candidates you want to send these jobs to.

3. Choose Job Files:

  • Select the job files you'd like to share, such as job descriptions, compensation documents, employer branding one-pagers, and presentations.

  • Ensure the documents are appealing to get candidates excited about the new role.

You can click into each document to double-check the details are correct before sharing.

💡 TIP: Candidates with a company exclusion notice; or candidates already in the process for that job will be removed from the list.

Jobs with Closed or Placed and Closed status will be excluded from the list. This feature only applies to open jobs you're currently recruiting for.

4. Configure Email Content:

  • Personalize the email content using wildcards for extra customization.

  • Double-check the details in each document before sharing.

5. Send the Job List:

  • Hit Send, and each candidate will receive a personalized email with a table of all the jobs and a clear call to action.

⭕ How to send Job Leads to Candidates?

Sending job leads to candidates in Vincere is straightforward and follows a similar process to sending regular job listings. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Access the Job Leads Table:

    • Navigate to the Job Leads table by heading to Show More Menu > click on Job Leads.

  2. Select Job Leads:

    • In the Job Leads table, select the job leads you want to send to your candidates.

  3. Initiate Sending:

    • Click on Actions and then choose Send Job List to Candidates.

  4. Select Candidates:

    • Select the candidates you want to send these job leads to.

  5. Finalize and Send:

    • Configure the content of the email, ensuring it’s personalized and branded.

    • Hit Send, and your candidates will receive the job leads in their inbox.

⭕ What Candidates Receive

  • Branded Email: A nicely branded email with all the job opportunities listed.

  • Centralized Dashboard: A fully branded dashboard where candidates can view all the jobs and relevant documents.

  • Actionable Options: Candidates can approve or reject the roles directly from their dashboard.

⭕ Post-Sending Actions

Track Candidate Responses:

  • Candidate: Accepts the role and would like you to represent them

    (NB, terms of service and privacy policy must be ticked)

  • Candidate: Rejects the role and doesn't wish to proceed

    (NB, a reason can be provided but isn't mandatory)

Recruiter: The recruiter then receives an email with the outcomes

The recruiter can now view the Job Consent status column inside Vincere

View the Job Consent status inside Vincere:

  • Must request: Job hasn't been sent to the candidate.

  • Pending: Job has been sent and is pending candidate action.

  • Consent given: Candidate has accepted the job.

  • Withdrawn: Candidate has rejected the job.

Alongside the Application Status, you can view the reasons why a candidate may have withdrawn.

So the recruiter now can then proceed with representing all the candidates with "Consent given" status and start sending them to the client via The LiveList
