The User Engagement dashboard shows you how many activities were completed inside Vincere, and tells you who on your team is the most active user of the platform.

Below is the list of activity types measured in the User Engagement Dashboard and how they are calculated inside Vincere:

  1. Emails (Sent) - all emails sent from Vincere by the user (except application email actions, i.e. send CV to client/send confirmation interview/reschedule interview)

  2. Emails (Received) - all emails received that were replied to in Vincere

  3. Meetings - Contacts (Scheduled) - Meetings arranged (based on date creation

  4. Meetings - Contacts (Completed) - Meetings marked as completed based on completion date

  5. Meetings - Candidates (Scheduled) - Meetings arranged (based on date creation)

  6. Meetings - Candidates (Completed) - Meetings marked as completed based on completion date

  7. Calls - Contacts (Connections) - will only count activities related to these actions from the Goal Console:

    1. Phone call | Contact | Inbound | Connected

    2. Phone call | Contact | Outbound | Connected

  8. Calls - Candidates (Connections) - will only count activities related to these actions from the Goal Console:

    1. Phone call | Candidate | Inbound | Connected

    2. Phone call | Candidate | Outbound | Connected

  9. Companies (New) - new companies based on creation date

  10. Contacts (New) - new contacts based on creation date

  11. Jobs (New) - new jobs created by user

  12. Jobs Leads (New) - new job leads created by user

  13. Job Leads (Converted) - user needs to click on the action: Convert to Job, not by manually changing the job category inside the job details

  14. Jobs (Closed) - jobs closed by a user

  15. Candidates (New) - new candidates created by user

  16. Candidates (Rejected) - candidates marked as rejected by the user

  17. Floated - candidates floated to a Distribution list or floated to contacts (marked as floated)

  18. Shortlisted - user has manually shortlisted the candidate (does not count shortlisted candidates from job board applications), not rejected nor to be deleted

  19. Sent - user has manually moved the candidate from shortlisted to sent stage

  20. 1st Interviews (Arranged) - based on actioned date when a user has moved a candidate to 1st interview with or without an interview schedule, not rejected nor deleted

  21. 1st Interview date - based on the actioned date when a user has marked the interview as completed, not rejected nor deleted

  22. 2nd+ Interviews (Arranged) - based on the actioned date when a user has moved a candidate to 2nd or 2nd+ interview with or without an interview schedule, not rejected nor deleted

  23. 2nd+ Interview date - based on the actioned date when a user has marked the 2nd or 2nd+ interview as completed, not rejected nor deleted

  24. Offers - when the user has moved a candidate to offer stage (not skipped i.e. Sent to Placed), not rejected nor deleted

  25. Placements - user moved the candidate to the Placed stage (based on the placed column on the ATS), not rejected nor deleted

  26. User logins - will count based on the times a user has logged in via the web application, not through the mobile app

  27. New Deals - a total of deals created by user

  28. Won Deals - a total of deals won by user

  29. Lost Deals - a total of deals lost by user

  30. Cancelled Interviews - interview has been cancelled by a consultant

  31. Rescheduled Interviews - interview has been rescheduled by a consultant

  32. Renewals - renewal has been created in Vincere

  33. Temp Placements Converted to Perm- based on the action; converting a temp placement to permanent

  34. Placements Undone - when a consultant selects ‘undo placement’

  35. Placements Terminated - when a consultant ‘terminates a placement’
