There is a visual way for you to quickly see which brand records belong to you with color-coding.
For every brand you set up, tag it with a color. Go to Groups, Tags, & Locations and choose a brand or create a new one!
This will show up on the records like so:
You can also add it as a column to view it in the ATS, CRM & also in Advanced Search results.
“Will Vincere auto-tag brands as new records are created?”
Yes. Vincere will tag a user’s primary brand as default during the creation of the record. However, you can easily edit them before it’s created.
Important notes:
Only the primary brand is tagged even if you are assigned to more than one brand.
Primary brand is assigned per user in User Settings.
