First, make sure that the action is activated in the “Action List”.

To do this, go to Settings > Goal Console 

On this page, you can rename the goal according to your company’s workflow. 

Then, toggle to “Yes” so it shows whenever you create a comment, task or meeting.

Now, when you log a comment or task, just select this action from the dropdown list:

You’ll be able to see these activities in the User Engagement dashboard in the Intelligence.

Meetings are divided into:

  • Contacts (scheduled/completed) 
  • Candidates (scheduled/completed)

Contacts:

Meeting Scheduled is linked to the action in goal #19

Meeting Completed is linked to the action in goal #20

Candidates:

Meeting Scheduled is linked to the actions in goals #21, 22 and 23


Meeting Completed is linked to the actions in goals #24, 25 and 26


Calls are tracked when you add a comment or task. Again, just make sure that this action has been activated in the Action List to allow the system to track this activity.


All calls related to contacts will be under goals # 1-8


All calls related to candidates will be under goals #9-16
