First, make sure that the action is activated in the “Action List”.
To do this, go to Settings > Goal Console
On this page, you can rename the goal according to your company’s workflow.
In the "Activate in Action List" column, set the item to “Yes” so it shows whenever you create a comment, task or meeting.
Now, when you log a comment or task, just select this action from the dropdown list:
Activities are tracked in the User Engagement dashboard in the Intelligence.
How are Calls being tracked?
Calls - Candidates (Connections) - will only count activities related to these actions from the Goal Console:
Phone call | Candidate | Inbound | Connected
Phone call | Candidate | Outbound | Connected
Calls - Contacts (Connections) - will only count activities related to these actions from the Goal Console:
Phone call | Contact | Inbound | Connected
Phone call | Contact | Outbound | Connected
Meetings are divided into:
Contacts (scheduled/completed)
Candidates (scheduled/completed)
The meeting must be arranged or created inside Vincere for the activity to be tracked.
