If your jobs arenā€™t showing up on Google, donā€™t worry! Hereā€™s a quick 4-step guide to ensure youā€™ve completed everything necessary for Google to index your job listings.

ā• Is 'Google for Jobs' Turned On?

First, make sure that the Google for Jobs feature is enabled:

  • Go to Engagement Admin > SEO > Google for Jobs.

  • Ensure that settings #1, #2, and #3 are turned on.

ā• Are All Required 'Google for Jobs' Fields Updated?

Check that all the necessary fields for Google for Jobs are completed:

  • Go to Engagement Admin > SEO > Structured Data to review the required fields.

ā• Have You Configured Your SEO Settings?

Ensure that your Meta Titles and Meta Descriptions are configured for each job page:

  • Navigate to Engagement Admin > SEO > SEO Settings to set these up.

ā• Have You Checked Your Sitemap?

Sitemaps are sent to Google daily. If a job was posted before the sitemap was last updated, it might not have been picked up by Google yet.

  • Check if your job is included in the sitemap: Go to SEO > Google for Jobs.

  • If the job isnā€™t appearing, give it 1-2 days for Google to index it.

Following these steps should help ensure your job postings are properly indexed by Google. If you still donā€™t see your jobs, feel free to reach out for further assistance.
