The Fees Dashboard in Vincere Intelligence offers a comprehensive view of all fees within your organization, including Booked Fees, Actual Fees, Fee Data, Leaderboard, and Headcount Flow.

The Fees Dashboard consolidates all fee-related data across your organization, helping you monitor both individual and team performance metrics.
π Use this dashboard to analyze revenue, compare monthly figures, and track targets.
ποΈ Key Features
Actual Fees: Monitor total revenue generated, reflecting approved Purchase and Sales Invoices, with insights into approved and sent invoices.
Booked Fees: View all fees from placement details, including profit splits (with and without invoice items), renewals, and retainers (approved, sent, and marked statuses).
Fee Data: Access both Booked and Actual Fee data, providing visibility into commission splits, original placements, renewals, and retainers.
Leaderboard: Track user performance, comparing actual placements across job types against set revenue targets.
β How to Access the Fees Dashboard?
To access the Fees Dashboard, simply navigate to the Intelligence icon in the left-side panel > then click on Fees Dashboard.

If you don't see the Company Stats Dashboard, you may need permission to view it. Follow the steps below based on your role:

β Understanding the Metrics
You can view Booked Fees and Actual Fees information by applying filters in the options panel on the right side of the screen.

π Actual Fees
This report reflects the total fees associated with Purchase Invoices that are Approved and Sales Invoices that are Approved & Sent/Marked as Sent.
Header
The stats in Fees/Profit MTD are the variances between Sales Invoices and Purchase Invoices (Sales minus Purchase) - This includes Invoices of Temps, contractors, and permanent & Permanent | Retainers jobs.
This Month (Month to date): Total of all Approved & Sent Sales invoices (Temps + Contractors + Permanent + Permanent | Retainer) - Total of all Approved Purchase Invoices (Temps + Contractors + Permanent + Permanent | Retainer) in the current month.

Sales Invoices: The total Sales Invoices amount in the filtered time frame.
Credit Invoices: The total Credit Invoices amount in the filtered time frame.
Purchase Invoice: The total Purchase Invoice amount in the filtered time frame.
Fees/ Profits: The total Actual Fees in the filtered time frame.
Actual vs Target: Total fees against total revenue targets of users depending on the time period
Last 12 months: from the current month to the same month of last year (i.e. July 2023 - July 2024)
Calendar Year: from 01/01 of the current year to 12/31 of the current year (i.e. Jan 1, 2023 - Dec 31, 2024)
Financial Year: based on the set financial period in the Admin Settings > 7. Reporting Period Management
βCustom Date: chart divided based on selected date filter
#Sales Invoices: The total number of approved and sent Sales Invoices in the filtered time frame.
#Credit Invoices: The total number of approved and sent Credit Invoices in the filtered time frame.
#Purchase Invoices: The total number of approved Purchase Invoices in the filtered time frame.
#Timesheet Invoices: The total number of approved Timesheets linked to approved invoices in the filtered time frame.
Target: Sum total of consultants targets. The targets are set in the KPI console.
Target %: total fees/target
Table view
This Table includes details from placements details, invoices, and Timesheet ID, etc...
π Fee Data - Actual Fees
Header
Companies: The total number of companies at least one invoice has been sent out to, in the filtered time frame.
Placements: The total number of placements that have been invoiced in the filtered time frame.
# Invoices: The total Invoices in the filtered time frame.
Fees | Profit: The total actual fees in the filtered time frame.
Table View
This table includes details on placements, Job type, Invoice Type, and Source.
Fees come from 2 sources:
(PS) - The Fee source is the Profit Split in the invoice details.
(JO) - Job Owner (in case Profit Split in the invoice details is empty)
You also have the option to view either the Profit Split by Amount or Percentage.

Your Actual Fees Leaderboard, you can adjust the desired time frame using the date filter

Actual Fees: The Total Actual Fees in the filtered time frame.
Unique Consultants: The number of active users.
Fees per Unique Consultant: The total Actual fees divided by the number of Unique Consultants.
Total Placements (Perm/Temp): The total number of placements that have been invoiced in the filtered time frame.
Placements per Consultant: The average number of placements per active consultant.
Target:
>100%: number and percentage (number x unique consultants) of consultants who met 100% of their revenue targets
>80%: number and percentage (number x unique consultants) of consultants who met 80% of their revenue targets
>=50%: number and percentage (number x unique consultants) of consultants who met 50% or more of their revenue targets
<50%: number and percentage (number x unique consultants) of consultants who met 50% or more of their revenue targets
β Definition of Filter Factors
Definition of factors in the filter board on the right-hand side:
Date Type: You can choose to view Booked Date, Placed Date, or Start Date.
Date: Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, and Quarterly (can set the default Reporting Period on Admin Settings)
Locations: Filter by each office location or multiple locations.
Branch: Filter by consultant's branch or multiple branches.
Brand: Filter by consultant's brand or multiple brands.
Brand (Job): Filter by Job's brand or multiple brands.
Division: Filter by consultant's division or multiple divisions.
Team: Filter by consultant's team or multiple teams..
Consultant: Filter by individual consultant or multiple consultants, including active & inactive consultants.
Consultant Status: Filter by Active / Inactive users / both. By default, Inactive Users are included.
Job Category: Filter by activities linked to Jobs / linked to Job Leads / No Job link.
Job type: Permanent, Contractual, Project Based, Regular, and Temporary.
Perm Sub Type: Contingent, Retained, Exclusive, and Non-Perm.
Industry: Filter by job industries or multiple industries.
Currency By: Daily Spot Rate, Home Currency
Currency: (defaulted to the currency set on the User Settings), or you can select the desired currency.
Invoice Type: All the types of invoices (Sales Invoice, Purchase Invoice, Credit Notes, etc...)
Tax: Exclude Tax or Include Tax (source)
Placement Types: filter by different placement types: Placements (permanent, temp, contract) / Retainers / Renewals / All
Company ID: copy and paste the company ID to see stats related to that single company only.
π Note:
When filtering out by groups (brand, division, team, location):
If the user is in 2 or more groups/locations β‘οΈ fees for each placement will be split equally between groups/locations filtered in the dashboard when filtered out.
