We’re pleased to introduce the latest updates and enhancements to Vincere Intelligence. Here’s a summary of the new features and improvements designed to enhance your reporting and analytics experience.

✨ Additional details to track meetings and calls in user engagement report

We've expanded the User Engagement Report to provide more granular details about meetings and calls, helping you gain deeper insights into user interactions and engagement patterns. By including these details, business analysts can generate comprehensive pipeline reports for specific clients, tracking metrics like calls made for a particular job, meetings scheduled per client, and other relevant engagement data. This enhancement aims to provide more granular insights and streamline client-specific reporting:

✨ Addition of payment date to invoices report

The Invoices Report now includes the payment date field, enabling you to track and analyse payment timelines with greater accuracy, streamlining the financial workflow, and improving overall productivity. With this addition, finance managers can significantly increase efficiency and save time previously spent contacting accounts for this information:

✨Data sources report: export contact sources

This feature enables business analysts to export the contact sources from the data sources report. This enhancement will help users uncover valuable marketing metrics that can significantly influence marketing and business development strategies, as well as optimising agency's marketing efforts:

✨ Fees: Addition of functional expertise in export data

The export data for fees now includes "functional expertise" and “sub-functional expertise” fields, allowing you to segment and analyse fee structures based on market vertical, such specific areas of expertise:

✨ New "Brand (Job)" Filter in User Engagement and TV Dashboard

The "Brand (Job)" filter has been introduced in both the User Engagement and TV dashboards. This filter will help you refine your analysis by the brand of jobs. Gaining precise insights into specific job brands will enable you to make informed decisions swiftly and efficiently:

✨ Consultant's Stats: Introduction of quarterly view

In addition to the existing monthly view, consultant's stats now include a quarterly view. By shifting the focus from monthly to quarterly targets, consultants can align their efforts more effectively with long-term goals, enhancing performance management and goal attainment over a broader timeframe:
