You can view the audit log for a record sent to FastTrack360 (FT360) in Vincere. This Audit log shows the sync status details of the record you selected.
To see the audit log for FT360 inside Vincere, follow the steps below:
Go to the entity you want to check: Company, contact, candidate.
Select the record you want to check.
From the Actions list, select Audit log.
Any updates will be tracked as to the date and user that performed the action, along with the status of the push. This also displays any errors during the sending process.
