Creating Vinneo Outreach Videos from Quick View 🎥
Sometimes written words aren’t enough. With Vinneo’s Outreach function, you can create personalized videos from within Vincere and send them out with just a few clicks. Here's how to make the most of this feature:

⭕ How to Create an Outreach Video from the Quick Add Button
Initiate the Process:
Inside Vincere Core, click on the Quick Add button.
Choose Video Outreach from the dropdown menu.
You’ll be directed to a new site; click on the Start Button to begin your Outreach video.
⭕ Edit & Personalize Your Outreach
You have plenty of options to add a personal touch to your Outreach videos:
Outreach Name: Name your video for easy identification.
Outreach Message: Craft a personalized message to accompany your video.
Link to Candidate or Contact: Link the video to a Candidate or Contact. This will add the Outreach to their profile under the Files tab.
Brand Setup: Customize the branding for your Outreach video, including:
Logo Mode: Choose between light and dark.
Brand Theme: Set your preferred brand theme.
Expiry Date: Optionally set an expiration date for the video.
Unviewable Date: Configure a date when the Outreach will become unviewable.
Tracking: Input Facebook and LinkedIn pixel IDs for tracking.
Attachments: Add any necessary attachments.
Once you’re finished, click Save to finalize the Outreach settings.
⭕ Send an Outreach Video
Once your Outreach video is ready, you have multiple ways to send it out:
Social Media: Share your Outreach video on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.
Contacts or Candidates: Send the video directly to your Contacts or Candidates.
Email: Distribute your Outreach video via email.
By utilizing these features, you can create engaging and personalized video messages that stand out and effectively communicate your message.
