🤔 Wondering how you can assign profit splits per tranche?
Here's how:
Navigate into the Job profile, not the placement > Click on the Compensation & Fees Tab > Scroll down to the Profit Calculator section > Click on Invoice Schedule from the Actions select Invoice Schedule > Here you can Add Tranche and Upgrade Profit Split > Once done, click on Save.
📝 Notes:
The Job type must be Permanent, and the Perm sub-type must be Retained.
The Job's status should be Open or as long as not yet placed.
You can still update the profit split even after a tranche has been invoiced.
Once an invoice is generated, this profit split will be applied to the invoice, and will also be calculated in the placement.
From the invoice, you can update the profit split and the updates will sync back to the profit split on the Schedule and vice versa.
Click on Actions > Profit Split.
If you do not update the profit split, 100% of the profit will be assigned to the job owner 🤑
The next improvement we have made for Retained Invoices which are scheduled by date is the Invoice Date will not default to the date in the Schedule.
Previously, when clicking on the Generate Invoice button, the system would pick up today’s date.
