β How to track Meetings and Call in Vincere?
First thing you need to do is Activate Actions in the Goal Console
Navigate to: Settings > Goal Console
Here you can customize the goal names to fit your company's workflow.
Activate Actions: In the "Activate in Action List" column, set the relevant items to βYesβ to ensure they appear when you create a comment, task, or meeting.
π Now you can track Calls and Meetings in the User Engagement dashboard under Intelligence.
Tracking Specific Activities
Calls (Candidates): Only activities related to the following actions will be counted from the Goal Console:
Phone call | Candidate | Inbound | Connected
Phone call | Candidate | Outbound | Connected
Calls (Contacts): Only activities related to the following actions will be counted:
Phone call | Contact | Inbound | Connected
Phone call | Contact | Outbound | Connected
Meetings: Activities are divided into:
Contacts (scheduled/completed)
Candidates (scheduled/completed)
