Interested in managing Companies and Contacts in your Pipeline stages? 🤔
Let's break it down! Firstly you need to understand the relationship between Companies & Contacts ⏬
In Vincere, Contacts and Companies are interconnected. You can have multiple Contacts linked to a single Company.
To progress a Company through the Pipeline, simply move its Contact.
When you move a Contact, Vincere automatically updates the corresponding Company's stage.
📌 Keep in mind: If a Company has multiple Contacts, its stage is determined by the Contact in the highest stage.
Here is how you do it! 👇
Navigate to the Contacts section in your Sidebar menu and choose the contact for whom you want to make pipeline changes. Or If you want to make changes in the company pipeline, select the contact linked to the company you wish to modify.
2. Choose the Contact you want to work with. You can click on the Contact's name or use Quick View for a snapshot.
3. Within the Contact's details, click on the stage indicated by the chevron icon to move the Contact down the pipeline. Select either 'Reject' or 'Pending' to update the pipeline status.

If the Company has multiple Contacts, the Company's stage will align with the Contact in the highest stage, allowing you to manage the Company's pipeline status accordingly.
