1.đHow do I request leave?
Simply Login to your personal dashboard and select the day(s) youâd like to request some leave.Â
Next hit the green plus button where you can fill in the specificsÂ
Here you can select the length, hours, type and enter any additional notesÂ
Once youâre happy simply hit submit (or cancel if youâd like to go back).Â
Your leave request will be represented as vacation pending until approved by your manager:
2.đHow do I fill out my timesheet if I have been on annual leave or was sick?
There are many ways to fill out your timesheet. The easiest if via the Pay & Bill Mobile App which allows you to submit timesheets anytime and anywhere.Â
If youâve missed one of your timesheets due to annual leave or sickness please reach out to your agency representative. They will be able to process this particular timesheet on your behalf.Â
You can also view your un-submitted timesheets and mark them as off if you donât have any hours to claim:
3.đWhat information do I put in my timesheet on a Public Holiday?
You would fill out your timesheet as normal but under Day Type/Leave you would choose Public Holiday and also add a comment on which type of holiday it was for example âEaster Bank Holiday - non working dayâ.
4.đWhat happens if my Manager/Approver is away and they can't approve my timesheet?
If your manager/approver is unable to approve your timesheet please reach out to your agency representative. They will be able to process this particular timesheet on your behalf.Â
5.đI've forgotten my password; how can I reset it?
You can reset your password by going to the TimeTemp homepage and hitting âforgot password?â
6.đI have already submitted my timesheet for approval but I need to edit it. What do I do?
If youâve already submitted a timesheet but noticed a mistake or need to make a change you can simply go to the submitted timesheet, open it up and hit the yellow undo button. This will un-submit the timesheet and move into your timesheet drafts folder.Â
