Use this article to request additional seats or licences for your subscription and understand how pricing and billing work when you add them.
📌 Note: A seat is different from a user in the system. A seat is the licence you are paying for and may not be assigned to a user. The number of seats on your subscription determines how many active users you can have.
Add Subscription Seats or Licences
Open the licence request form, then complete and submit the form to request an additional seat or licence.
After you submit the form, expect the contract to be sent to the authorised personnel for review and signature within 1 to 2 business days.
If you pay by credit card, your card is charged the prorated amount for the additional licence, and the licence becomes active immediately.
If you do not have a credit card linked to your account, please raise a case through our finance team by clicking the chat box in the lower-right corner, then select My invoice/billing to raise a case with the finance team.
Pricing and Billing for Additional Licences
Each additional licence costs the same as your existing licence in your signed contract.
Additional licences are billed at the prorated amount, not the full annual or monthly amount. For example, if you add one licence six months into an annual term, you are charged half of the annual amount rather than the full annual price.
If you pay by credit card, prorating is calculated at the time the new licence is added.
