Wondering how to manage Ad Chase in Vincere? No problem there's a nice easy workflow built straight in so you can win those deals.
Simply create a task category called 'Ad Chase' (more info on how to create Task Actions HERE)
2. Go to the Vincere Task board
3. Create a new Task
4. Create the task against a project or personal (this way it's just a standalone task not related to any particular Candidate/Contact/Job - thus won't affect your analytics and reporting.
5. You can fill in as little or as much detail as you like here. Things such as due date, description, you can notify team members and even link to other entities too (Candidates, Jobs, Contacts & Companies.
Remember to tag with your new 'Ad Chase' task category too!
Hit Save and then you've got your ad chase saved inside Vincere. You can revisit this task by going back to the task board and clicking into the row where you can add comments, mark as complete or delete the task
