All about Client Portal in Vincere 👇

Clients can head over to your website and create their portals where they can update details, post vacancies, and see a list of all open jobs - and it's GDPR compliant 🙌

What is the Client Portal? 🤔

The Client Portal is a feature as part of our Engagement Hub which allows you to create a mobile-responsive web page where you can post your open Jobs and Candidates can apply for them.

⭕ Setting up your Client Portal

You can access, view, and edit your Client Portal settings by going to your Engagement hub settings.

  • Head over to Settings > Marketplace > Engagement Hub > Setup > Then hit Client Portal where you'll be able to customize and configure the portal.

  • If you get stuck there's also a handy little video to guide you along the way.

⭕ What can Clients do in the portal?

Clients can then come to your website and submit vacancies, log into their very own portal, and view all live Candidates/relevant documentation.

👉 For more info on the client portal, check out the video above.

⭕ Tracking Client Account Status in Vincere

Portal - Client Account Status column

  • Portal - Client Account Status column is a great column to identify which of the Contacts had activated their accounts on Portals.

👉 This column will provide users with clear visibility into the account status of Contacts, enabling users to take actions such as inviting Contacts to register an account with them.

⭕ Status Definitions:

1. Not Registered:

  • Description: Candidate or contact does not have a candidate or client account yet.

  • Indicator: Displayed when the candidate or contact has not been invited or registered on the portals.

2. Pending Activation:

  • Description: Candidate or contact has been invited or has registered but has not activated the account AND has not logged in to their portal yet.

  • Indicator: Displayed when the candidate or contact has completed the registration process but has not yet activated their account by logging into their portal.

3. Connected:

  • Description: Candidate or contact has activated their account AND logged in to their portal.

  • Indicator: Displayed when the candidate or contact has successfully activated their account and logged in to their portal.
