VoxFlo bridges Vincere with telecommunication platforms like 8x8, Zoom Phone, and other third-party providers. It enables efficient consultant performance by unifying and capturing call data from every interaction directly into Vincere.
📌 Note: VoxFlo is available in Vincere’s Marketplace and is primarily configured by the VoxFlo team during setup.
⚠️ Important: You need Administrator permissions to initiate and configure the VoxFlo integration.
Request Integration Credentials
To connect VoxFlo with Vincere, you must first request your integration details.
Contact Vincere Support to request the VoxFlo integration credentials.
You will receive:
Client ID (e.g., 12345678-1234-1234-1234-123456789012)
API Key (e.g., 87654321-4321-1234-1234-123456789012)
While logged into Vincere, copy the Vincere URL from your browser’s address bar.
Share the Client ID, API Key, and Vincere URL with the VoxFlo team.
The VoxFlo team will then configure these details within the VoxFlo Engine to enable the integration.

Install VoxFlo on Your Device
Once the integration is enabled, the VoxFlo team will provide a download link for the VoxfloInstaller.exe.
Click the URL link provided by VoxFlo.
Download the VoxfloInstaller.exe file to your Downloads folder.
Run the executable file to launch the VoxFlo Setup Wizard.
Keep the default destination folder as preselected by the wizard.
Click Next, then follow the prompts to complete the installation.
Once installed, you will find the VoxFlo icon in your System Tray on the Windows Taskbar.
📌 The installation is required only once per device. VoxFlo securely stores user credentials for future sessions.

Once installation is complete, VoxFlo will operate alongside Vincere, allowing seamless call logging and communication tracking.

Step 1: Request Integration Credentials
To initiate the integration, contact the Vincere support to request the integration details for VoxFlo. You will receive:

The VoxFlo Support team will then plug these details into the VoxFlo Engine, enabling the integration between the Vincere and VoxFlo.
Step 2: Set Up VoxFlo
Once the Integration is enabled in the VoxFlo Engine, a URL link will be sent out and on accessing, the VoxfloInstaller.exe will be downloaded and available within your Downloads Folder.
Running the Executable file will then run through the VoxFlo Setup Wizard on the user device:
Please note: The destination location that is provisionally selected in the Setup Wizard on the user's device should remain as is, and should not be changed.
Once selecting “Next” – you will then be prompted to finalize the installation on the device:
Once installed, the VoxFlo Executable file will be accessible via the System Tray Icons on the User's device Windows Taskbar so you can start using VoxFlo with Vincere.
Note: This installation will only need to be done once per device, after which VoxFlo will store the user’s details for faster access in the future.
