We’ve added a bunch of upgrades to TimeTemp, including a brand new Worker view and Stats for the Scheduler, ability to add Availability from TimeTemp, and updates to Quick Add Timesheet.

1/ New Scheduler view

We’ve changed the Scheduler to display shifts by Worker (instead of per Placement / Contact). Now you can see multiple events, and have the option to show more or view all events in the day.

  • Enhanced visibility into Shifts:

    • View Scheduled Shifts: show shifts assigned to Worker

      • Each shift now displays Company Name, Shift Start and End time

      • Hover to see more details

    • View Worked Shifts: shows details of shifts where the Worker has logged time

      • Submitted timesheets

      • Approved timesheets (indicated with a checkmark)

    • Know who’s clocked in:

      • Clocked In (blue dot)

      • Not Clocked In (red dot)

    • View Worker’s Availability:

      • Shows time Worker is available

      • Availability Unknown

2/ Stats for Scheduler

We’ve added headline stats to the Scheduler:

  • Worked (All Shifts)

    • Total number of shifts that the Employees have logged time for

    • Excludes Unapproved and Rejected timesheets

  • Worked (Hour Shifts)

    • Total number of hourly shifts that the Employees have logged time for

    • Excludes Unapproved and Rejected timesheets

  • Worked (Hours)

    • Total hours logged by Employees

    • Excluding Unapproved and Rejected timesheets

  • Worked (Day Shifts)

    • Total number of scheduled daily shifts that Employees have logged time for

    • Excluding Unapproved and Rejected timesheets

  • Canceled / DNW

    • Total number of scheduled shifts where Employees did not log time

  • Leave (Holidays)

    • Total number of Leave Requests marked “Holidays”

    • Excluding Rejected and Canceled leave requests

  • Leave (Sick)

    • Total number of Leave Requests marked “Sick”

    • Excluding Rejected and Canceled leave requests

  • Late Shifts

    • Total number of shifts where Employees clocked in later than the shift start time

3/ Updated Worker Availability

Workers, Recruiters & Managers can now add and modify Availability directly from within TimeTemp:

  • Recruiters and Managers can add Availability from the Scheduler:

  • Workers can add Availability from:

    • Scheduler

    • Quick Add

  • When adding Availability:

    • Ability to add up to 3 availability slots for each day

  • Set up Availability for a single or repeat Weekly / Bi-weekly time slot

  • Updating a recurring Availability will present these options:

    • Make the update for “Just this day”

    • Make the update from “This day onwards”

  • Delete Availability

4/ Quick Add Timesheet Update

We’ve revamped the UI of Quick Add Timesheet:

  • New ability to select Worked Days

  • Worked Days will be reflected on the Scheduler

  • The total number of hours from Quick Add will be divided evenly among the selected Worked Days to give an approximate number of hours the Worker has worked each day in this period.

  • Switch between Quick Add and Timesheets mode

  • Quick Add Timesheet from the Scheduler
