When in the advanced search you will now see a country dropdown - this will default to the country set in your individual user settings.

 You will notice that when you then type in a town name, it will default to the location in the chosen country, EG:

 It also makes postcode searches more accurate, meaning that your radius searches can be more precise and easier to run than ever.
