Head over to Settings > Marketplace > Engagement Hub > Setup > Candidate Portal > Settings > Integration

To speed up the process for your candidates, there is an option to login & register using LinkedIn. This will pull over some of the information automatically from their profile. 

To turn this feature on/off, use the checkbox in the Integration section.
