Single Candidate Actions:

For the candidate actions, here is a screenshot of the actions which are now available when logging an action against a single candidate:

As you can see, the actions list has now been segmented into groups (Candidate Selection, Application Actions, Candidate Actions & Updates) making it easier to identify which particular action type you want to make. 

On top of the action groups, we have also added more! 

You can now also ‘view candidate applications’ and ‘add to hotlist’ from here too.

The ‘View Candidate Applications’ now pops out and gives you a quick overview of the roles where the candidate has been shortlisted and then complete an action accordingly. Not bad huh. 

Multiple Candidate Actions:

Here we can see the actions available when selecting a group of candidates. 

The actions are again grouped to improve navigation and ease of use.

Single Job Actions:

Similarly to the candidate actions when choosing either a single record or multiple, the actions list has been grouped to keep the flow consistent across the system:
