1. Refresh Button
We have now added a manual refresh button for all dashboards inside Vincere’s powerful analytics suite. This allows each user to manually refresh the dashboards every 30 minutes.
How does it work?
You can now click on “Refresh Data (beta)” which will refresh ALL of the dashboards in analytics in real time.
The refresh button will then disappear (from all dashboards) and you will be presented with a confirmation message as below:
Once the data has been refreshed the refresh button will stay invisible for 30 minutes but you can always see when the data was last updated by navigating to the top right hand corner of your screen. Please note the timezone follows that of your individual user settings:
After 30 minutes has passed since the last refresh the button will reappear.
2. Timezone
All dashboards will now appear in each individual users timezone i.e. no more trying to work out what timezone UTC is and when the data was last refreshed 😉
Users can change/update timezone by going to User Settings from inside Vincere.
3. My Dashboard
My Dashboard is now smarter! We’ve given it a brand new look and it now includes:
All of your active tasks including subject, entity, entity name and due date.
Additional key information when looking at all of your active interviews, jobs and companies including interview stage, dates, number of applications and fee forecast... all in one easy to find place.
4. Recognised Fees
We have added in two additional columns which should make reporting on invoices for your back office team a dream. The two new columns are:
Due Date
Approved Date
5. Deferred Fees
We have added in Permanent job types and Retainers to all deferred revenue dashboards inside Deferred Fees. The allows you to predict an accurate forecast of future revenue from all revenue sources including Perm, Contract and Retained.
