Setting up your compensation types are easy. 

Simply go to:
Settings > Admin Settings > Organizational Settings > Compensation Page

Click in the button in the top right Corner - "Create new item"

Here you will be able to create compensation types specific to you. 

Once complete, your compensation will be saved in the list of records and you will be able to select the new compensation type on any job record inside Compensation & Fees.

🔥PRO TIP: Depending on the type that you've created, (State Gov. Taxes, Optional Factor, etc.) you will only find the option available for that particular type in the Job Compensation and Fees set up page.
