This article is relevant only for customers who have access to the Vincere Portals (Digital) product.

There are 2 options available to segment the jobs on Vincere Portals to display jobs that are relevant to different industries, areas of expertise, consultants, or brands.

OPTION 1: USING PAGES MODULE

This option is designed for customers who require only one Portals site but have the capability to create multiple job listing pages.

For instance, if your recruitment agency focuses on Construction and Financial Services, you only need 1 Portals site, but you can create one job listing page exclusively for Construction roles and another for Financial Services positions.

1. Adding a new job listing page

  1. Log in to the Admin Dashboard of your Portals site

  2. Click the Pages tab on the left-hand side panel

  3. Click the blue Create Page button on the right-hand side

  4. Fill in the Title and the Description of the page

2. Adding the Job Search and Job Apply widgets to the page

A Job Listing page consists of 2 main widgets:

  1. Job Search - this widget allows candidates to see the job openings or search for the jobs they are interested in

  2. Job Apply - this widget allows candidates to apply for jobs. Always add the Job Apply widget underneath the Job Search / Job Faceted Search widget on the job listing pages so your candidates can apply/register when applying for jobs.

There are 2 types of Job Search: Job Faceted Search and Advanced Field Search.

  1. Once you have decided on the Job Search type you want to use on your Job listing page, head over to the Customizer.

  2. Click on the navigation dropdown on the left-hand side and search or scroll down to select the job page you created

  3. Navigate to the ‘Page Content / Main Content’ area of the page.

  4. Click on the + icon to add a new widget

  5. Look for the Recruitment widget collection to add widgets to the Main Content area.

  6. Select the Job Search type to add to the page: Job Faceted Search or Advanced Field Search. (⚠️ Important Notes: If you have multiple job listing pages, when adding the widget, you need to toggle OFF the override toggle and set visibility to all the single job pages.

When the Override Mode is OFF, you will see a Visibility setting. Specify the pages you want to add the widget to. This means from the current page, you can add the widget to other pages and configure the widget settings to be applied to the selected pages.)

  7. Select the Job Apply widget to add below the Job Search widget (⚠️ Important Notes: Also toggle OFF the override toggle and set visibility to all the single job pages when adding the Job Apply widget if you want to create multiple Job Listing pages)

3. Configure the widgets settings

In the Job Faceted Search / Job Search widgets, users can configure the filters and listings of the job listing page.

  1. Filters - This refers to the facets on the left hand side for a Job Faceted Search widget. You can show or hide Industry, Expertise, Job Types, Salary Types and Salary.

  2. Listing - This refers to the job details such as title, description, salary, location, etc. You can show or hide these by clicking on the tick box.

OPTION 2: USING DIFFERENT PORTALS SITES

This option is recommended for customers seeking to completely separate the two Portals sites, each with its own branding and hosted on distinct website domains.

For instance, if you have two separate recruitment agency brands functioning as distinct entities, you may want to establish a Portals site for each brand.

⭐ How to segment the Jobs on my Portals site?

Use the Static Filter

  1. From the Job Search widget (Job Faceted Search or Advanced Field Search widget), scroll down to the Static Filter section.

  2. Toggle ON the Static Filter to open the options

  3. Select the Job Static Filter you want to apply to the Job Result on the right-hand side.

For example: If you wish to exclusively display jobs associated with the Construction Industry, choose "Construction" in the Filter by Industry field. As a result, the jobs on the right-hand side will be refreshed to only exhibit those tagged with the Construction industry.
