How to set up 2FA when connecting Outlook to Vincere

To connect your Outlook email account to our upgraded email service, you will need to enable 2-factor authentication.

  1. Visit https://account.microsoft.com/security and log into your account

  2. Select Get Started in "Advanced Security Options"

  3. Turn on the 2FA and create new App password

  4. You will be provided with an App password

    It is important that you save this password somewhere so you can use it later.

  5. Enter the App password into Vincere when connecting your email account
