Viewing Distribution Lists
Contact is one of the crucial factors in the recruitment field, and in Vincere - Distribution Lists help you manage them efficiently. Distribution Lists are groups of contacts that you can easily manage and communicate with.
Here’s how you can view and search for your Distribution Lists ⬇️
⭕ Method 1: Contacts Table View
Navigate to the Contacts table view.
Click on the Distribution List icon (located next to the configuration and table view icons).
Use the search bar to locate the distribution list you created.
⭕ Method 2: Advanced Search
Go to Advanced Search for Contacts.
Type the parameter Distribution and select the field Distribution List.
Choose a list from the drop-down options and click Search.
