What this zap does:

By using this zap, when a new placement is made in Vincere, an invoice will be created in Quickbooks.

This is perfect if you want to create invoices in Quickbooks for new placements made in Vincere.

How it works:

  1. New Placement is added on Vincere

  2. Create an Invoice in Quickbooks

What you need:

  1. Vincere account

  2. Quickbooks account

1/ Set up the trigger

Trigger to use: New Placement is added on Vincere

2/ Select your Vincere Account:

3/ Set up the Action

Action to use: Create Invoice

4/ Select your Quickbooks account

5/ Now map the data that you want to pull from Vincere and push to Quickbooks

6/ Test & Continue

Finally, turn the zap on! Your zap is ready for action.
