Learn how to transfer an existing license from a departing user to a new user.
This process helps you free up an unused license by deactivating an old user and assigning that license to someone new.

Transfer a License Between Users
Go to User Management, then locate the user whose license you no longer need.
Deactivate the existing user, then confirm the deactivation.
Add a new user, then enter the required details in each field.
Click Save, then check the new user’s inbox for the automated invitation email.
Review all previously owned records from the departing user, then reassign any remaining items to the correct owner.
📌 Note: Deactivating a user frees their license. Each license can only be used by one active user at a time.
