What you will need:
An existing user (this is the license you don't need & want to transfer)
Email address for the new user (this is the license you wish to transfer to)
Go to User Management
2. Deactivate the existing user (you don't need anymore)
3. Confirm deactivation.

4. Now, add a new user.
5. Fill out all of the required fields like so:
6. Hit 'Save' & Vincere automatically sends an invitation link to the new user's email address.
