To ensure your Candidate Portal is compliant with GDPR, follow these steps:

⭕ Engagement Hub Setup

Navigate to: Engagement Hub Setup > Candidate Portal > Site Legals > Terms Conditions.

1. Upload Your Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy

  • Upload Documents: Add your Terms & Conditions (T&C) and Privacy Policy documents.

  • Candidate Consent: Candidates will be required to accept these T&C's and Privacy Policy when they provide their information via the Engagement Hub by actively selecting the checkbox.

  • Multiple Languages: To enable multiple languages, add the T&C's and Privacy Policy in the desired languages.

2. Turn on GDPR Functionality

  • Enable GDPR Features: Toggle on the GDPR functionality to allow candidates to exercise their rights to:

    • Withdraw Consent: Candidates can withdraw their consent at any time.

    • Request to be Forgotten: Candidates can request their data to be deleted.

By following these steps, your Candidate Portal will be set up for GDPR compliance, ensuring that candidate data is handled in accordance with the regulations.
