The numbers inside Vincere represents the various applications at each stage of the pipeline:

The black number on top represents the total amount of applications that have been in the stage at any point in time.

If you hover over the red cross (X), you will see the number that represents the amount of rejected applications for that stage.

The amber number below the stage name represents the amount of pending applications you have for that stage. (Applications that you need to act on, e.g. move down the pipeline or reject them - it's not best practice to keep Candidates there 'rotting')

For the Placed Stage, You will have the red X for the terminated/finished placements, Amber means the placements in starting stage (Placements before start date) And green means active applications.

Easy.. now what are you waiting for - more those numbers! 💯
