⭕ How to Mark Records as 'Hot'
Select Records: Choose the records you wish to mark as 'Hot'.
Use Actions Menu: Go to Actions > Add to Hotlist.
Set Duration: Select the number of days you want these records to remain 'Hot'.

These records will now be tagged as 'Hot' and can be easily identified by adding a Hot column to your views.
