Tags (or skills codes) are predefined values that you can 'tag' against different records throughout Vincere.

To set these up simply head to Settings > Groups, Tags & Locations

You will be presented with a list of Industries and Functional Expertise.

If you are new to Vinny we have added a list of tags that you can use. You can delete them all by selecting all the ie. Industry and hit the Delete button. You can then easily add, edit and delete any of them and make them relevant for your business and your processes.

⛔ Once you have actioned to delete the default tags the action cannot be reverted.

To add a new Industry or Functional expertise, click the 'Create New' button.

Sub-functional expertise and sub-industries can be added once you have created the Industry or Function.

Go to the Groups tab and click on the brand name then click add all to Industry and functional expertise to add everything or select the Industry area box and add the new tags individually.

Once this is done, you should be able to see the new industry and functional expertise you set up.
