When sending Offers:

Now, you have a easy-to-follow 4 step process in place:

Step 1: 

When sending offers to candidate, you can choose either to send only email from SignRequest or from Vincere.

Step 2: Allow users to preview the sequence of signatures.

Step 3: Preview and Edit offer.
You can click on 'Change template or Edit Document' to make changes.

Step 4: send to candidate

After offer is sent: 

3. Track status of signatures from Signatories (at Offer stage)

4. Once all docs signed move candidate to Placed stage as "starting" if start date is in the future, or "Active" if start date is in the past.
