Another customer request - We have had a growing list of voices asking us to add an Employee Self service capability to our candidate portal. Well again those voices have been heard and we will deliver this in two phases, phase one in our June release and Phase two in our July release,
In Phase one we changed the "Compliance" tab to be the new "Onboarding" tab. Customers can now add custom fields to the Compliance tab and completely customise what their candidates see. They can add questions, bank account data, Tax file / national insurance numbers or private company info etc and request documentation BEFORE putting the candidate forward for a Job. This allows our customers to check on accreditations, references etc before submitting to their clients. Additionally they can create a different set of fields f o r m u l t i p l e c o u n t r i e s. Y e s you read this right, our customers can service multiple countries across our platform. The candidates will only see the country data that is set against their profile and on top of this all of the fields are searchable inside our system.
In next months release we will add a "required" label to the fields and a percentage bar to show candidates how much data they need to complete (including listing the empty fields) and this will also show inside Vincere. Candidates will receive reminders to update their data until complete. Due to the sensitive nature of the information we will add a setting to allow this Tab to be hidden from most users if required.
In future customers will be able to use this feature for their internal staff members, we will tell you more in our Phase two announcement coming next month.
Here is a preview of Phase one:
a. Users can create custom fields and publish to Candidate Portal
b. Support multiple countries with multiple custom fields
c. If fields are added to new Onboarding portal, users can search across these fields by country
d. Onboarding can start at Candidate Submission, not just Offer / Placement
